Thanks so much for including an excerpt of your accepted story! It's easy to see why it was-you have a wonderful way of helping the reader experience what you have, even the weird and really embarrassing stuff. Just remember these successes and how good you are when you get the "Dear Mr. X, Thank you for your recent submission. However..." letters.
