Life

Just spent the day at a cancer ward in a children's hospital - it really put life in perspective.

Shaun

Just wondering if in a similar vein, you have ever done or thought about spending time with young drug addicts?

Given your past, it might be some good Karma if you could help a few.

Shaun that is fantastic.

Up to you of course, but I think those experiences and how they made you feel would be interesting reading too.

"it really put life in perspective."

Doesn't it just. I had a friend who died of cancer when we were eight years old, after battling it for a year and a half. I still think of what she went through when I'm feeling hard-done-by about something stupid and childish.

It occurs to me that that's not really an optimistic story to be bringing up, but I did appreciate being reminded of it. I hope your visit had a happier outcome - I'm sure the children appreciated it.
